After reviewing the handouts filled out by every student about their goals and achievements from the first trial PACER and also the second, I'm pleased to announce that EVERYONE scored better on trial 2 than PACER trial 1. Even with the surface change, volume of CD player, goals were accomplished and your efforts will not go unrecognized.
The test results were broken down into categories of FIT, HEALTHY, UNHEALTHY (needs improvement) and are listed on your class handouts for recording purposes and also in the Discussion section for the evaluations on BlackBoard Online.
NO GRADES WILL BE AFFECTED BY FITNESS ZONE.

As you can see from the results above. Improvements were made and only productivity occurred amongst both the boys and girls. We have trained for this for roughly 1 month. Imagine what you can do when you train for a lifetime?!
This involves keeping active, staying hydrated, exercising, breathing, and pacing yourselves throughout life by keeping in mind the techniques of listening and reacting accordingly. Once again, Great job to all for your success and accomplishments!
